After 2 weeks of trying to get through to general enquiries and the phone never getting answered. Certain members of reception team are extremely rude when dealing with the public. Extra training needs to be provided on how to treat the public within the public health sector or simply just employ someone that actually has some respect towards other human beings.
Lovely doctors and reception staff
Have been trying to get an appointment with this surgery for the last 3months! Absolute joke. Phoned 64 times this morning from 8.30 and by 8.59 all Doctor call were full up so I tried to get an appointment phone rang for appointments 10mins and not one even answered! Ridiculous.
Place is terrible service terrible can't get a call back can't get to see a doctor an even better u can't even speak to someone when you call to get an appointment if I could give it a lower score I would
