We came in Sunday after my little girl stepped on a nail! The lady up front was not friendly and apparently was having a hard time getting people checked in! We waited over a hour in the waiting room only to be in the back for 5 minutes at the most! The people in the back were nice but they need to figure out something to make people get in and out a little faster!

I took my 19 month old there on a Sunday when I couldn’t get in with my regular pediatrician. It took the receptionist 45 minutes to verify our blue cross. We waited another 45 minutes to even be called into the back and there was only one other child before us when we arrived. Once in a room we waited for over an hour! Was told on facebook by them that they accept Medicaid but after getting there was told only will with a referral. When I asked for my insurance card and license back they gave me someone else's (and their paperwork) which I didn't notice until I got to my next destination and had to go back and get mine. Luckily I'm an honest person but seems pretty bad that they handed over someone else's license, insurance card, debit card, and medical sheet.

Would give this place 5 stars but the lady at the front was not nice at all. Very rude. Other than her giving a bad first impression, the staff in the back were amazing. Very nice Dr & nurse. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who has children & just pray the lady at the front is in a better mood. 😊 Thanks for giving me the ability to take my babygirl to somewhere like this VS sitting at the hospital for 6 hrs. ❤️
