KidsStreet is Alabama’s first urgent care dedicated to KIDS! We’re open late, 7 days a week available to care for all the sniffles, bumps and bruises. We handle all of life’s little emergencies without making a trip to the ER or spending hours on the phone with a nurse’s hotline. There’s no referral necessary! We accept all major insurances and Medicaid!

We could not get into our pediatrician today so we went here. We were the only ones on the kids side but waited an hour. The Dr. Was nice. I went to CVS across the street *two* hours later and my son's Rx had not been called in. I went over to Kids Street and they said "She must not have hit send"??? They told me to give it a few minutes and it would go through. Thirty minutes later, CVS still has no Rx. Meanwhile, my child is up past his bedtime and not feeling well and won't be able to go to sleep until he gets his medicin... read more
The service was Great the lady at the front desk was Very helpful!!! My daughter was in the a room quickly didn't have to spend my evening in a crowded E.R. we'll be back���..

It’s very misleading. When they advertised a kid’s urgent care I was super excited. Little did i know it shares doctors and nurses and rooms with an adult’s urgent care. We were in the kid’s urgent care waiting room and it wasn’t full at all so I thought it would be quick in and out. NOPE! The adult side was full...we waited 45 minutes to even be called to the desk to pay and another 30 minutes after that. We were there over 2 hours! The service from the back was excellent but I had a problem in the front for a while. I had to get a referral from my doctor while I was waiting on the phone for the referral that I had to do myself people got in front of me. Then my doctor told me to go to the ER. The lady felt sorry for me and let us see the doctor but about 5 people got in front of me at that time. Overall I was pleased. Went in to it being very packed. I knew there would be a wait but it was way better then waiting in a ER. Lady upfront seemed a little grumpy and overwhelmed but she did her job. Flu medicine was called into pharmacy that was out of it. I called KidsStreet and she immediately called it in somewhere else. Will definitely come back if we can’t get into our regular pediatrician
Great friendly service from the front desk to the back. Came in with my 2, daughters 6 & 8 both sick with flu. We will definitely be back in the future. The lady at the front desk was awesome.
