They busted my 2 year old grand daughters ear drum. Her ear canal was full of blood when her parents left. We will never take her here again. Its best just to wait for your regular doctor to look at your child. I wish I could post a picture.
Everyone was so nice and friendly and they went over and beyond for my baby needs. The office was nice and clean. I definitely will recommend this office and will go back if needed. ���
The doctor, nurse, and receptionist were all very compassionate and sweet! This place is very quick and welcoming. We will be back in the future!
I have been here twice and both times my children (12yr old and 7 month old) were both misdiagnosed and were both hospitalized. I tried to give them another chance but I was turned away because they said I needed a referral from my child's primary doctor because I didn't try to take him there first. I explained to the receptionist that I didn't try to take him there because his doctor was a hour away and that I wouldn't make it there in time. Didn’t even make it to the back because the lady at the front desk was unbelievably rude and hateful. Left messages for two weeks for an office manager to call me back and no ones returned my call. Would not recommend this place to anyone. This is no way to run a doctors office.
I was there on Sunday 1/21. There was one doctor working for both clinics that day. We had to wait 4.5 hours before being seen. Doctor was nice but waiting that long is out of control. I won’t return until I hear they have things running more efficiently. I watched 3 family’s walk out while we were waiting.
