We handle all of life’s little emergencies without making a trip to the ER or spending hours on the phone with a nurse’s hotline. There’s no referral necessary! We accept all major insurances and Medicaid!

I am giving a 5 star review only because of the wonderful ladies who serviced my family once we reached the back. The front desk lady was very rude and inappropriate and she kept making comments to other patients and the staff about me bringing in 5 of my 6 kids. Once I reached the back the two nurses and the nurse practitioners worked to find a diagnoses for my kids. These 3 ladies were 3 of the nicest ladies I've ever encountered and they didn't let how many kids I had deter them from doing the job that they were there to ... read more
Tonight was our first visit. We had a great experience from checking in, getting called back quickly and everyone was so sweet!
The staff and doctor had horrible attitudes. Was there for 3 hours and the doctor and staff were so rude towards my baby and I. I will NOT be going back.
The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the physician was very kind. The receptionist was incredibly rude and showed no compassion for myself or the other moms who were there with sick children, and some (like myself) having had to leave work unexpectedly. She treated us like we were on her time and she'd help us when she was good and ready to. I've already sent a message through the website to voice my unhappiness. My son and I ended up here on New Years day, a little leary with them being so new but we were welcomed and Alice and her staff was Absolutely Amazing!!!! They took time with us, explained things and even called back to check on my son and due to test results sent us to ER for an Apendectomy. We will back if needed and recommend you guys to others. Thank you!!
Walked in at 1230- one other person ahead of us. The lady at the desk was very rude and unkind. Walked out without being seen and will not return
