Can someone answer the phone to make an appointment omg!!! I never had this problem and it’s making me so aggravated.
My son has been a been going here for over 3 years now. I always get hung up on while I am waiting for someone to answer the phone. The wait is extremely long. They were suppose to send dictations from and mri and office visit to primary so a referral could be done for a ent. It's been one phone call after another, hang up after hang up. The one time someone answered they said it has-been taken care of. Call primary back and they have requested info twice and still nothing. I am truly at my wits end.
Hi I've been trying to call for two days now and it goes to "thank you for calling. Goodbye" and hangs up on me. Could someone call me back? Nothing important ya know just about the EEG scheduled tomorrow.
Worst dr office I ever went to and my son went there for 4 years and I was told there was no way my son was autistic and after switching to Dr Eric Vernier back in August 2017 my son has been diagnosed with autism and we also have found out many other things! The last straw with Kids Neurology was when I found out that they knew for almost 3 years that he had a cyst on his brain and didn’t find it important to let me as his mother know about it! Stay away from here!
It's so hard to get someone on the phone at this office. I hope I never have a crisis. My son needs his medication and it still hasn't been sent to the pharmacy.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The most horrible Dr's office I have EVER been too. The staff is unprofessional and rude. I can never get someone to answer the phone, and I have left messages regarding the effects that the new medicine is having on my daughter, never got a response. Their wait time is insane. When I have requested refills on the meds they take their time to call it in the pharmacy. This place truly sucks, I wish we had another neurologist for kids around here. They are awful.
Worst doctor office! Can't even get their own patients prescriptions right. Can't fill out a simple medication form for the school. Took two weeks for them to actually fax the form back and they faxed the wrong form with the wrong dosage and reason why my child takes the medication! Every time I am in the office for a scheduled appointment, it's over two hours. If I have to reschedule an appointment, they only reschedule months out. This place is an absolute joke! I have been seeing them since June, and still have no answers. 2 weeks for a referral, 30 mins for someone to answer a phone call. Appointments cancelled at the last minute. Rude office staff, basic questions go unanswered. I can't even comprehend this. Very unprofessional. I will be going else where.
