Two people spoke to me from this office unaware of their HIPAA violations even though i told them to check with legal before they required privileged information before an apt. Will be scheduling with another neurologist who knows more about laws and discrimination.

my daughter had a seizure last night and the Dr was on call. would be nice to get a call back seeing as it was her first seizure. they couldn't even get a hold of the Dr nor are they answering their phones all morning! my daughter had a seizure! don't you care!
I have been outside the office since 7:10 am for a 7:30 appt and there are 7 employees locked out here with no idea when someone will get here with a key. It is 8:16 am...This is ridiculously unprofessional! Thankfully I have the day off or I would have left! The only reason I am staying is for my son thank you for wanting my morning away Kids Neurology
My son came here to rule out add and etc. He won't do the in office test eeg i believe. So had to do an over night sleep study test. Came back he was just hyper nothing else. No meds or future appointments needed. The staff and doctor was nice and patience. Very friendly atomsphere.
the phone line hardly ever works. they take so long to get back to you about anything. I had to learn the results of my daughters MRI from the patient portal login and they have yet to call me it's been 4 or 5 days since they received the results and I've been waiting almost 2 months
This is the most unorganized useless doctors office I have ever used. Not only did I have to call and fight to get my sons refill for a week but I go up to the office for an appointment only to be told the doctor walked out and someone was suppose to call me. Then she wanted me to wait another 2 months for another appointment. This office doesn’t have anything together. I would never allow anyone I know to go to this office.
