Absolutely disgusted! Have to wait 72 hours for a damn doctor to sign a prescription so that my terminal patient with an infection that could spread to the lungs that would KILL him and they want to take time in signing a prescription they need to make people who are terminal of a priority, don’t worry I will be making a formal complaint, because no one can be asked to prioritise patients disgraceful, have already waited a week for the prescription but I guess it’s just sitting on the doctors desk enjoy weekend, maybe anothe... read more
Good so far for getting appointments for children if you call first thing in the morning. It has also been good when trying to get non-urgent appointments for myself or for the kids (e.g. vaccinations). Doctors/nurses have always been nice.

Amazing, professional and helpful doctors. Receptionists are lovely too. It’s seems it has had a real turn around recently!
