I called to see if they had a item in stock, they did, I asked them to hold it because I was on my way. They said no problem, it'll be behind the counter when you arrive. When I got there, I told her I was the one that called regarding the sit to stand... she said oh yeah and went to grab it off the shelf with all the other seats and swings...available to any other customer. Went there to try and sell some things and the staff was rude and told me my things were too old and too dirty for resell so I took my business to once upon a child where they are respectful
I love shopping here and so do my kids. We get to recycle our old clothes and always find cute replacements.
Crappy customer service. The workers at the front were not helpful, followed me around the store while shopping and when I was leaving as well, like I was about to steal something even though I just bought stuff! Made me feel very uncomfortable and uneasy. It is probably going to be awhile before I give you my business after this last experience. I usually don't ever have a problem, hearing what other people have said about your business never made sense to me until today. Hopefully the next time I stop by it'll be different... read more
