Kids are excited about toys. Talk about trying to micromanage customers and their children. Few associates helpful but one plain blunt about kids touching toys.

We are very sorry about your experience. We do try to protect our toys that are for sale since we don't want them to possibly break. We do provide a play area with fun toys that kids can enjoy as an alternative. Sorry about any inconvenience and we hope you have a better experience next time.

We love Kid to Kid! The staff is always nice and they have great sales. It's a great option for families who want good quality kid "stuff" but can't afford to pay full price. They also bought some clothes from us and used that ro replace with current sizes, easy process I suggest to everyone to try it out!!
Poor customer service all around. I went in with five bags to sell and they told me if I wanted it done today I had to wait an hour in the store. That if I left my stuff would be put to the bottom of the list.or if I left I could come get my stuff two days later. So I stayed for the hour while they rudely chatted about personal life instead of looking through my stuff. We are very sorry that you had a negative experience in the store yesterday. Spring time is our busiest time of the year for buying items so our wait time tends to be a little longer than normal. Also, we are in the process of hiring and training new people to help during this busy time. In regards to the items you brought in, we cannot assume what sizes are in your bags based on how big your child is or age of the child because children do range in clothing sizes.
