Staff answered all of my specific questions and where very helpful.
Wasn't pleased. Won't be returning. Went to sell brand new clothes to the store hoping to get bigger sized clothes for my little one- they said all the clothes were outdated and wouldn't want to buy them but when we asked for the back they said it was too late. Ladies were very rude.
Always friendly, even with my 3 kids w me. Helpful and knowledgeable.
I just read a comment by a lady that will make me never step foot in this store. How dare you be so rude!!!
Extremely rude customer service. Highest prices of any of the resale places, and they give you the least for your stuff.
When you treat customers badly word gets around and you lose customers just through word of mouth alone. You will never stay in business with practices like that :( (BTW, I have been in your store many times and NEVER found any good deals there)
I was very disappointed my last visit. Staff was very rude and short with me and this wasn't the first time I was treated this way. They are pleasant if they think you want to buy something, but VERY rude if they think you are coming to sell. This time I wasn't selling, but decided to ask if they would take a particular item that I had at home. Eye rolling? Gossiping about customers in front of other customers? Seriously?
