This place should be shut down! No trust, bad owner.
I keep bringing things here that are in great condition, mostly new born things, some that weren't even used. After bringing things in several times and them saying sorry we weren't able to use any of your items it gets a little frustrating. Looking around the shelves at some of the things I can't believe they are even selling, broken toys and stained clothes. Save yourself a trip and go to Once Upon A Child!
Just by reading the reviews sounds like the customer service sucks. I prefer Once Upon A Child. But not to bad of a store if you feel rich buying used stuff.
I had a horrible experience here! I used to love this place but I had brought in items to sell and before bring my stuff in I wanted to make sure they were items they needed so I went to the side where they buy and asked the owner what sizes theyre in need of and before I even got to finish my sentence she started to talk over me and repeating "we look at everything" which wasn't what i was asking and last time they went through 3 of my bags and only took a few items and said the other items weren't sizes they need. Things can be a little bit pricey, but they has the cutest selection, been going there for years, all the way from wasilla. we shop the sales days!!
