Used to love shopping here. The last time I was in, was the last time. The staff was extremely rude and was only offered a whopping 10$ for a tote of clothes, in which my daughter couldn’t even wear because she outgrew them (lots of items still had tags on them)!! The lady who helped me was rude when I checked back to see if they had gotten to my items. There is no such thing as "exceptional customer service" in this store. Which is utterly disappointing to say the very least.
Things are really over priced, but somehow they offer very little for items being brought in. Staff follows you around the store, as if your some kind of criminal. I'll definitely be going to once upon a child for any of my future buying and selling needs.
