Manager on duty tonight was very rude and did not want to make a 4 ingredient $10 salad for my gluten free child with ham on it. Hire some professional management.
Extremely slow service...seated by hostess and it was 23 minutes before wait staff came to take our order and she only came because the hostess came back to our table (20 min) to ask if our server had come to the table. This is the 2nd time we waited over 20 minutes to take our order. The 1st time we got up and left (I had to roll my husband out because he's a wheelchair). Such a disappointment.

Food & service was great. Family atmosphere
We live in upstate ny and stopped here to watch the bills game. The food was phenomenal, and we met some awesome bills fans. We'll make sure to stop back here the next time we come out!
Always a great experience and fun times every time I go
we ordered our appetizers and meals with salad, the salad showed up before the apps then meals showed 3 mins later. I ordered prime rib and it didn't come ausue or horsesause. Felt very rushed and unknown of meal delivery etiquette. BUT the steaks were good, broccoli cool n taters dry.
