RecommendedHad a nice time enjoying my husband and greatt food. We had a great waitress. I loved it on the patio. We will be back.
First of all the bacon cheese fries came out burnt..then when we asked for the manager she came and was very rude and said she was unsure if they could recook them without them being burnt. Then she walked off and didnt even come back to check on our table..just ignored us. The waitress was however kind and professional and saw that we were unsatisfied and continued checking on us. Then the nachos had no flavor and very little toppings and loads of dry tasteless tortilla chips.
the server knocked over a beer and the glass broke on the table had glass and beer all over me ruined our plans for the evening manager was very rude and would not refund anything for the meal that I had just paid for right before this happened I will never go here again if I hadn't just paid I would have refused to pay I was soaked with beer and glass shards all over me mistakes happen but it is up to management to make it right and they were nuthing but rude
I was the only lady at my table had to sit and watch the men eat then when they brought my food it wasnt done but the men at my table were. When she brought my food she took it to 2 different tables and sit it down before bringing it to me. Then the manager didnt even make it right.... just terrible
kick Back Jack's was a awesome Venue. Everything was perfect and better yet "Stella" was on draft.. Davidoff Lounge was banging... #CigarLife
Great Lemon Pepper Grill Wings!
My daughter and I ordered the salmon—- it was horrible- we asked for the manager- she came over and basically said it’s not poor quality food (which it was) but since it’s a taste preference she can not take it off the bill- we were like can we get something else? She said no—- all they could do was remake more salmon—- like that would have been any better? Not sure what has happened here..came here a few years back. the food was good. The bacon cheese fries and ranch were amazing. went saturday night. The food was average at best. The fries were all barely warm. They were over cooked very bad. the ranch has changed as well. Will not return. Such a shame.
it wasn't busy but the bartender wasn't behind the bar much had to wait for refills
