Food was good but Manager, Sabrena, was very rude. We had an issue with the wrong item was brought out and she wanted to charge us for what was brought out plus what we wanted to order. Wanted to keep going back and forth about what the waitress said was ordered and was not willing to resolve the issue. When asked her name she gave us the waitress name. Will be contacting corporate on Monday.
I waited over 90 MINUTES for a salad! Cody the manager was rude, unprofessional and called the police when I said I'm NOT paying for lettuce after waiting that long. Do NOT patronize this business
RecommendedFirst time eating here and the food was delicious. The portions were huge and I’ve never had a waitress so on point.

We are visiting from out of town & this was our first time coming to this restaurant and are very happy we did! We LOVED the sports themed atmosphere, our waitress was friendly & attentive without being bothersome & the ribs and baked beans were DELICIOUS! We frequent the Carolina's very often & will definitely be back! I wish you all could open a Kickback Jack's in Roanoke, VA!!!
Horrible customer service...if customer is not satisfied with order you correct it no matter what
The manager was absolutely rude and unreasonable! Worst service ever seen. Would not recommend anyone probably my last time there.
