My coworkers and I went there for lunch. We placed our orders all at once and asked for the bill to speed things up. She came back after 10 mins to bring us our drinks, partially because she was chatting with another server. After 35 minutes we still haven't gotten our food and I was getting concerned. Customer service was horrible this time around all the way down to the manager have to do some much needed improvements to get me back
Absolute worst service ever! Not a manager but a Partner was the most rude, unhelpful, nasty, inconsiderate person over ever dealt with. The bartenders are inexperienced in mixing drinks properly. I will never go back.

A quirky sports bar/Resturant, But the food was Excellent!
Terrible service. The waitresses all hang out at the front door talking and texting. Dropped my pizza and had to wait for another one. We were going to a show and really didn't have time to spare. Will not be returning!
This place has gone so down hill in the last 6-8 months it is ridiculous. They have really good food and service when it's done correctly! As of late, not so much!!! Go back to the way you did things in the beginning because what your doing now is offensive to hard working paying patrons.
Found hair in my food ...Management no regard. ..won't eat there again. No gift card only took burger off bill...should off paid for my entire bill with gift card for next visit
