I went for my birthday and it was excellent!!!! The Waiter was nice and she was very respectful. and had a smile when I came in the door.
Some people are never happy! My food was great, my beer was cold and the ladies behind the bar were awesome, try tipping instead of complaining.
Here for Valentines Day. I understand that is a busy day but if i was the manager and the lobby was full of customers and there where empty tables, id start having those tables filled. Seems unnecessary to have people standing around when there are empty tables.
Best friend works here and she said that she loves it :)
Will never be back. Worst service ever. Seeing how I've been a waitress and a bartender since 1990, this tops it off as the worst place I've ever been. Will not recommend this place et anyone, Ever!! No drinks before our food even hit the table. Apps? What are those? Didn't get them either!! Don't bother going here unless you'd like to wait 2 1/2 hours for your table and then wait with no service or a beverage. Manager sucks ass, no care in the world except for the football game he bet on!!
Let me start by saying, the food was awesome, however, service was questionable. We had a party of 15, that we called ahead to give a heads up about. They tried to seat us at 4 different tables, in 2 different rooms. Sort of defeats the purpose of going out with a group of. Then, they put a newby on us..... 1 server for the entire party. This was one of the best sports bars I've been to in a while!
POOR Customer Service! Yes, we had a large party, however management was not accommodating in seating us. Some in our party waited for 2 hours!
