Had the worst experience, and it was one that could have been totally avoided. We were seated in an area that had apparently been reserved without staff knowledge for a group that exclusively wanted all four TV screens on the San Francisco game. None of the Staff knew that that this area was reserved leading our group to wonder if the Manager Michael was taking "Kickbacks" at Kickbacks. I went to Kickback Jack's for one of my favorite friend birthday. It was a party of 18 and the waitress messed up three orders. One friend order extra crispy wings and she was given something else. Well she ate two of the wings by the time her crispy wings came out. The waitress took her other wings back to the kitchen. I told her I still didn't receive my garlic buffalo wings and she gave me my friend's old 8 wings with just buffalo garlic sauce. How nasty was that... This place is heading down hill fast from when it first opened. I called in a to go order last week , they said it will take 30 min. When I arrived 30 min later they didn't have my order ready because they either forgot to enter the order or lost the ticket. After hearing this great news with a $45 dollar order,she said " would you like to order again" ? She acted like it didn't matter to her if reordered or if I walked out. Lot of other restaurants in the area.
Mike the head manager is a ASS Hole will never come back...I'm here every day with friends around the bar.....
We was seated and no one came to our table I had to go get the manager and t still was bad
Great place but I wanted to charge my Vz navigator to get home and you have no outlets in your bar area and the only outlet in the restaurant was taken .. Ugh !!!
Love the food and the atmosphere!!!
when you charge top dollar for a margarita it should have some tequila in it!
