Whoever the new management is needs to revisit the old way of doing things. The quality of food has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY! The quality of service has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY!
RecommendedI have had a few gatherings there. It has always been easy to work with the management. The wait staff this time was, Mia and Chrystal. They were extraordinary. The food was great. The menu has a lot of variety. It was a large crowd and we were treated nicely. It was a warm and friendly atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We will return if they will have us.

Food was moderately priced. No long wait for food to come out. The waitress was very attentive. Drinks were on point and the atmosphere was charming
manager Cody. rude disrespectful. accused me of trying to leave on the bill when my husband was standing right at my table. I guess I "looked" the part. So disgusted.
The New Orleans Pasta is for real!
A friend ordered lemon pepper wings and they were super salty so she asked to get another flavor and the manager Cody said they could take them back and dip them in another sauce. That wasn't going to fix the issue and she refused to take them off the bill. Stated that if it wasn't their error then the customer had to pay for it. Never heard this before because if the customer is not satisfied with their food it can be replaced but not at battleground Kickback Jacks.
