I don’t even want to leave a one star review! I just ordered delivery and my wings were missing ranch, missing the extra ranch I paid for, missing my side of coleslaw for my mom order, my moms chopped steak was tough, she said she thought she was eating dog food, my fries were old and didn’t get the ranch for them. The food was decent at this Greensboro Kickback jacks, but the employees were rude. I was in greensboro visiting my 2 grandsons, my daughter and her husband. We decided to go here. During the meal, my grandson looked Up at me with his sweet little eyes and he told me he loved me. My first reaction was to hug him and I gave him a little kiss (on the lips). I love my grandsons. I ordered a door dash order last night 11/13/20. I ordered TWO items and only received ONE. The item that I did receive was ROCK HARD. The tator tots were beyond OVERCOOKED. I called back and got put on hold for 10+ minutes so I eventually hung up. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION OR RESTAURANT AGAIN. It’s truly RIDICULOUS that you all would even serve me food that overcooked. The question is, would you even eat that sh*t?
So tonight KickBack Jacks completely messed up my order. I called back & explained how I drove 20minutes out the way just to have the New Orleans pasta because it was fiancé birthday & loves that pasta. We have had this pasta several times. Last night we did the family meals the fish fry and the chicken tenders both delicious. First visit to Kickback Jacks curb side pickup . Our order was correct nothing missing !
