I had your dry rub wings tonight… they were cold and kinda rubbery. Should pay more attention to that, had new cheeze curds.. and they were over cooked, cone on guys… get it together

Unfortunately, it seems that kickback jacks has switched to jumbo wings. They’re never really ever done, rubbery, no flavor and sort of unpleasant fo eat. Our family first began frequenting kickback jacks because they had regular wings as opposed to The “jumbo” fad. Suffice it to say, this change means our time for kickback jacks as our go to wing place has come to an end. If we wanted a two piece we would go to KFC.
food was pretty good, and the waitress was nice
*Buyer Beware* Stealing from their customers. They debited a second gratuity from my bank account. Do not use your Debit/Credit cards here & check your bank and credit card accounts. Stephanie (Manager) said it was because of their new system and it has happened before. Love their food but will not be returning. Trust is broken 💔.
