My son had a fall at the park, went down to see if I could get a doctor to quickly check he was ok. I was met with a very rude and condescending receptionist who could clearly see my child was distressed and in need of medical attention. Bearing in mind he is 10 months old, and is supposed to have a high priority, we were treated as a very low priority.I highly recommend you find a different profession if you think treating patients like that is acceptable. Very poor, will be relocating ASAP.

The sheer rudeness from Michelle began when I simply asked to re-request an x-ray appointment, which a text message from my GP told me to do. Michelle responded with “okay?” and continued to say that she was confused and didn’t understand why I was calling. I repeated that it was to re-request an x-ray. Michelle then read out the text message that I received and asked if this is what I was referring to. Tried to get an appointment for contraception advice for a young person. Told there’s no appointments in the foreseeable future….. how are we keeping our young people safe?? What a load of rubbish
