My 2006 Kia Sportage completely died on me on my way to work. I heard loud sounds under the hood so I knew something had to be seriously wrong. I had just gotten off the interstate and was blocking the whole off ramp. Thankfully I got it started and was only a couple blocks from my work parking lot. This service department went out of their way to assist me. My AC was having problems, the defect was commonplace in the 2011 to 2014 models but was felt to be no longer a concern. My 2016 had the identical problem and they went to bat for me to have it covered by the maker. Hat's off to a dealer who will stand up for me.

I had a major engine fail in my Soul. Kia has done everything possible to help me with this. My car will be ready to go within about 10 days. I thank Ashley, and the shop staff for all they have done to help me get my car going (very soon)! I will be a lifetime Kia driver thanks to Kia of Lincoln and Ashley in the shop!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart and Soul!
