Our experience with KIA of Lincoln and working with Billy Keck was a very enjoyable experience. I bought a 2002 Jeep Sport Wrangler and haven't had any problems in the 3 years that I've had it.
I went to Kia in July and bought a Sorento. I always wanted an SUV but after driving it for several months I decided it was just to big. I went back to KIA on December 10,2010 and found Billy. I explained how I just didn't like driving such a large vehicle and the first words out of his mouth were "No problem, let me get some keys and we'll find the right vehicle for you". Salesman, Rod Mills knows the product. Is straight forward with presentation of facts on the product. No over-promising on any points. Takes time to explain facts and is patient with questions. Have bought three Sarentos and an Optima from Rod and never knew him before our first purchase. Service department is 1st rate, always courteous on the phone and in person. They are always accomidating of our schedule and needs. Dealership's attitude is positive towards the customers and the product they are selling and servicing.
Larry and the staff at Kia of Lincoln were very kind. They helped me find a great car. Clearly explained the car's features and the financing, and synced my phone for me. I bought a Kia Soul. It's a fabulous car. Buying from Kia of Lincoln was a great experience. Thank you, Larry!
We recently leased our 2nd optima from kia of Lincoln. Jason is a great salesman, he is honest, non pressuring and truly cares about getting you in a vehicle that you are happy with and can afford. My first time using KIA of Lincoln for repairs. This is a small dealership that makes you feel like you are their most important customer. Quick service and a fantastic staff! The staff remember previous customers that came in while I was there and greeted them by name. My repairs were finished in a very timely manner. The lounge has coffee, snacks, a place to plug in technology and free Wi-Fi. I will be returning to this dealership for future repairs.
