Been to Kia because I couldn’t open my hatch They charged me over $200.00 for a new latch plus labor I brought it right back said it wasn’t working still (twice )But every time I got there it would work CRAZY Finally when HUBBY complained they checked said it was the button Not the latch Even said that they didn’t check it before Now had to buy a button sixty something . I went to kia of Lincoln to get my tires rotated and came out with a different tire. When I confronted them about it they said they would never do that. This place is horrible and the service is even worse. Go somewhere else if you care about your vehicle.They only care about you when they’re selling you a car,after the deal is done you don’t matter anymore.

Kia of Lincoln has the worse customer service. I will never return to them for anything.
