When my girlfriend and I went to Kia of Gastonia we were in the market to puchase a used vehicle. Well with credit situations my salesman, David Pollard, informed us it would be easier to get into a new car instead of a used one. It was a struggle to get the banks to approve me for a car loan but David Pollard stuck it out with us and made sure we had something to ride home in. I would never advise ANYONE to do business at kia of Gastonia. Love my car, but my family and I were lied to and then when we brought it to their attention, we wasted 4 hours that night and was sent home with NO answers. I was told they would call me first thing the NEXT morning. I HAD TO CALL THEM. They made me wait ALL DAY and I had to call them back. And once I got kinda firm with them- they said "we can't help you" and that was it. I have left MULTIPLE messages with the manager Ken and STILL have not received a phone cal... read more
Absolutely would never buy another Kia again as long as I would have to deal with their service department ! Do love the commercial though.
