I just bought a 2016 Rio. It was, no douht, the most painless car buying experience I have ever had. Kyle Dixon was wonderful, as was the General Manager. If I'm not mistaken, his name is Steve. I highly recommend Kia of Gastonia to everyone looking to buy a new (or used) Kia!

SalesMEN were a bunch of misogynistic a-holes, especially Marvin. Then when you call management to voice a complaint, nobody calls back.
We just went on a limb after being disappointed at another car dealership. Never did I imagine that we would be approved for a brand new car. Kia of Gastonia is who I will always refer people to. Go see Jeremiah, Adrian, or Toren. They will take good care of you.. Thank you to all of them for taking good care of us!
I bought my 2011 Serento and I have been one happy customer. If you go to the Gastonia dealership ask for Wendy. I sure hope she stays put.
Had my phone along with money stolen out of my car today during a routine maintenance check. Not to mention that they parked my car on the serivce side and rolled all my windows down and left everything in my car out in the open. I was given the run around never was able to speak with the general manager who i at first was told was not there then later told he was with a customer. Even on top of that the guy they had working on my car was new and unprofessional.
I was a repeat buyer. Two Sorrento in four years. I will not even look at this dealership ever again. Customer service after the sale is the worst I've ever dealt with. Leather seats were installed as agreed on a week after we purchased the salesman hung up on my wife multiple times while arranging the drop off time. Then told us to come on Saturday morning and then said sorry we won't put u in a loaner all weekend so come back Monday.
