Do not buy a Car from here..A Friend of mine Stephanie Moore is having a terrible time getting her Car fixed..They keep giving her the run around..Her car stalled out on her on 85 with her Children in it and if she had not have been in the slow lane she would have been in a terrible accident which could have resulted in her and her Children being hurt terribly or even worse.. They need to take care of her Car problems or put her in another Car!!!! Come on KIA Man up and fix this situation!!!!
Take responsibility for selling bad cars to people! You sold a bad car.... Took it in to "fix it" and returned it still bad!!! Whatever you do don't buy a car from here! They won't take responsibility to fix a car that was sold with a bad transmission!
I have had a great experience with kia of Gastonia. They worked with me last May and helped me get a 2010 Chrysler Sebring and yesterday they put my wonderful son and daughter in law in a 2016 Kia Forte so we thank y'all at Kia of Gastonia for great service.
Bought my truck 2 yrs ago here. Bought another recently. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with! Nicole in the internet department rocks. The sales managers are great, and my salesman on both occasions was great! I have dealt with Reuben, awesome...David, phenomenal...Trey, exceptional...Service Manager Morris takes care of me for my service needs. Thanks Kia of Gastonia for taking care of Clyde!!! 5star
Was there yesterday. Had a great experience and bought a 2011 Mitsubishi outlander. David was very helpful with the whole new experience of buying a car.
I want to thank Bobby Dills in the service department for looking out for me and my car. He made everything right when there was a recent oversight. He went above and beyond to correct the situation and I left very happy and satisfied with the service I received. Thank you so much for being attentive. I will keep coming back!
Communication is horrible and if your a deal that "needs some work" they just toss you to the side as if you're no importance to them because they may or may not make money off of you

She's extremely happy and will be moving to Georgia to complete her education and while doing so will be driving in a safe, dependable, affordable car and I'm so grateful to you guys for providing that.
