Excellent Customer Service!! We recently took our vehicle in for service and not only were we treated like we were the only people there, but the Technician took the time to go explain exactly what was done...before they did it!!! There were no hidden charges, no surprises over the fact. Highly recommend this dealership!
What a great experience I had at Kia of Gastonia when I purchased my car. Everyone from the moment I walked in was professional and friendly. Absolutely the best place to buy a vehicle. Im on my 2nd KIA. If you stop by, ask for Reuben, he will take care of you. I will recommend this dealership to anyone. Had my Sorento serviced today, I believe they have someone new in the Service Department, he too was awesome.
Truly responsive to my issues no problems even setting me up with a loaner car
Told them I was just looking.. They took some info and said they would not run my credit..came back with preliminary offer of money down and payment..I rejected the down payment.. So they went back...once they returned the down payment was now double the original amount..I asked for my keys to leave..they had my hopes up that they could do it...just a bunch of lies and trickery..they do not care about the customer just the sale
This is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Bought a 2016 kia sorento back in May an have yet to receive my tag an registration. Was told my old tag was transferred to find out later it never was an we were charged for new tag in with our loan. Have been told several different things. Now being told to go to the dmv an get my own tag an they will reimburse me which I think is a total lie. I would not recommend any one going here for a car. The absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. I would not send my worst enemy there to purchase a car. 6 months after the purchase I finally went to the DMV to pay for my tag that I had already paid them for in the purchase price. Management has yet to give me a straight answer as to why they couldn't provide it. Consumers beware, this dealership is truly the perfect example of a sales team that will do and tell you anything to get you to sign, and after that they're done with you.
