We bought a new Sorento and we very pleased with the whole process. Kyle was a awesome salesman and was very courteous to my wife and I. I also like the fact that they go over the vehicle and explain features as well as the warranties/services. It just gives it that nice personal touch. I highly discourage anyone from buying a car at this dealer. The service department is ridiculous. Every time we take the car in to be serviced or repaired it's a big hassle. Both door handles have gone out on our Soul Exclaim and both times it took weeks or months to get fixed. The first time they put a pink door handle on the car and broke wires in the door and ended up replacing the door panel, after 5 trips to the service department.
