I hope that I am an isolated case but very little has gone right with my dealings with Kia of Gastonia. I have a beautiful car but it is tarred by the continuous problems I've had with my interactions with them. The GM has had to step in on nearly every transaction I've had with them from purchase to service and now things that were promised to me are being reneged. This is by far the worst customer service experience of my life.
I would give zero stars! I bought a used 2016 car thinking it would be a reputable dealer. Not a small sketchy used car dealer. Less than a month I have had nothing but problems and back and forth trips here. They are finally sending my car to the Nissan dealer to be looked at. Honest all I want is my down payment back and call it quits. I hope a REAL dealer can get this figured out. Wonderful people! I have already posted that I made a mistake regarding a review that I unfairly gave to Morris! I am human and if was a mistake on my part.
