Unfortunately I am left to leave a review about Kia of Des Moines. I have a *** **** where it de-rates itself and has been in for diag 3-4 visits. Same code, same symptoms, and their technicians can not resolve the problem. After replacing the knock sensor twice. The issue still occurs. I have been waiting to get a HECU fuse replacement for ****************************************** my 2011 Kia ******** My check engine light is now on which is a symptom of an electrical short circuit which can result in an engine compartment fires while drive or parked. *** ******* and sales just keep coming up with excuses they don't have parts so what is a client suppose to do with this *******. OVER CHARGING CUSTOMERS IS A SCAM...NOW I WILL HAVE TO BUY OUTSIDE OF MY HOME TOWN BECAUSE THIS DEALER WANTS ME TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 5K FOR MY PURCHASE,,, KIA OF DES MOINES,, I HOPE THIS REACHES HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMERS.

I went in there to look at upgrading to another rio and ended up getting awesome deal on a 2021 forte Jamie was easy to work with and very personal and the other staff that helped
We have had the worst service. after "trying" to make it right they are just making excuses. Buy anywhere but Kia of Des Moines
