Utterly useless - got the whole way through approving my lease agreement, and the dealer had the car sitting on their forecourt. They then decided that "oh, we don't actually service customers in Northern Ireland" despite having done my wife's lease through them 2 months previously. An absolute shambles.

My wife received a fraudulent call from this number on April 8th. Gentleman calling claimed he was from Santander and said her cred card had been used. We became suspicious, hung up and called Santander who confirmed it was not them who called.
