If I could give them no stars I would. I took my car In to service department on Friday September 25. When I dropped off my car the technician JD told me that he will text me back with an update and let me know what's wrong with my car so all day Friday I never heard anything from him. I called back around 6 PM and the phone rang and rang and they never picked up. On Saturday morning I called early at 8:30 in the morning. I will give Kia downtown zero star if I could. Liers and thieves! I believe they get rid of the kia souls knowing they have defects and then you are stuck with payments and non reliable car. Same treatment with customer service when calling. They just don't care. Liers and I'll keep giving them bad reputation.

I think Miriam********* purchased her car from the previous auto group which was Sage, this is Throphy Auto group and I cant find a record of this customer. Throphy Auto group has been operating Kia of Downtown from November 2017
Shopping for a car is a difficult process and it is made much more difficult when people like the ones that work at Kia Downtown Los Angeles, are actively working together to scam you. Yesenia, Brandon and Lorenzo all collectively lied to me personally on multiple occasions and made false promises in attempts to get me to visit their lot to see a particular vehicle.
