took my car in on Jan 20th for a diagnostic test which should only be 3 days. They had my car for 5 days before hearing from them. Asked for a rental car and they said they could give one and failed to. They said the noise was from an after market battery not being installed correctly so they fixed that. They said my water pump has a leak which was covered under warranty so they fixed that. By far the worst experience I've had with ANY dealership. **** is a manager and I'm not sure how she got into that position. There are laws to what you say when it comes to running credit. **** made it seem like I would be running my credit with just *** so they could hold the vehicle, but instead I'm getting calls from different companies that aren't related to ***. I purchased a vehicle from this location in June of 2022. The vehicle was a lemon (a whole other story) . But, my experience from the purchase and return process at this location was horrible. In the middle of the process I reached out to this dealer because I was instructed by *** corporate to receive a prorated refund on their pre installed 3 year ************** and CILA Jet product. Thieves. Will commit to a deal over the phone then refuse to honor the deal in person. Good luck if you need anything after you leave. They will ignore you. They claimed they would fedex all my paperwork the next day. Ive been trying for a month to get it.

I stood at the desk of a young lady in the service area for over 20 minutes and she literally did not even acknowledge me. After a while I went through the intake process.
