7/8/22 I took my car in to get my sunroof fixed on my kia stinger 2021. I had to leave my car there so they can order the parts for the vehicle okay that was fine I understand. When I asked them if they have any loaner cars they said they do but it's a waiting list. It's been almost a month now and still no update on when my car will be ready every week there's always something new.. OH we're sorry we had to order another part for the vehicle or the mechanic who they're partnered with that only can fix the sunroof on my car ... read more

Went in this past weekend to begin the buyout/trade in process for my lease ending next month, checked out a few trade in options for a new finance deal. WAS QUOTED 8K+ markup for several vehicles regardless of trim from msrp window stickers. Not sure if Kia Corporate is endorsing this type of business practice, but its despicable. Do not post window stickers if the price tag is irrelevant / or meant not to be seen by the consumer.

I bought a Kia Sorento 2022 in October 2021. Me and my family were happy to get a bigger car for us. We previously had a Kia Optima 2020, but since our kids are growing we just decided we wanted a bigger car. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. In December of 2021 I had to take the car in for service because the rotors were not good, they changed it and everything was fine. Just last week my car started jerking everytime I would come to a stop and also when I put the car from PARK to REVERSE. The car is currently at KIA service bein... read more

I am only sharing a brief glimpse of my experience for purposes to let people aware that I will never purchase another vehicle with Kia Motors ever again. I am taking care of the following matter in every possible way, have contacted various agencies for support, and they will be following up with me. To give you a glimpse, I bought my used Kia Soul in June 2020; my disappointment began in April 2021 when I had zero oil in my car without any indicator or warning light in my car. I had a mechanic friend look at it, and told m... read more

I came in 4th of July weekend to buy a car. We haggled and haggled for a lower price and with these mark ups it was just impossible. That was just the beginning. We go in with finance and finalize numbers but the numbers they showed me were worst than the numbers my credit union offered me so I told them I would go with my credit union. They said "No problem, you take this to your bank and they will give you a check and you just bring that to us." It was all well played I went to the bank and they said "well yes we can give ... read more

Vehicle listed as "new" on their website. I called to verify, because it was last years model. They confirmed it was new, which would qualify for federal tax incentive of $7500. When I got to financing, they said it was a used car. I had to ask when I saw used paperwork being pulled out.

Business response:

This vehicle has never been sold, as far as registration it will be registered as a new car, It has to be Used on the contract do to vehicle is a year old. we have no control or understanding on what federal tax credit each customer will qualify for. Its customers responsibility to clarify which credit they will qualify for.

I purchased a Kia about five years ago from them. One big decision why I chose them over other Kia dealers in the area was they offered me free oil changes for life that I own the car. I planned on keeping the car for 10 years and even purchased bumper to bumper warranty for 10 years so I would not have any issues. Over the 10 years, this would add up to be well over $1000. Well after some years I was told somebody new purchased the dealer and would no longer honor the oil changes, I was out of luck that I would have to pay ... read more

Just as everyone has posted they would give them zero stars if possible but unfortunately I have to give them a one star in order to post my complaint. My husband who is a veteran has been looking for a car since Father's Day, not any car, he wanted a carnival, we went through four previous Kia dealerships, we looked in San Bernardino,West Covina, Cerritos and we finally in Carson, but the only dealership that had the color and the car that my husband wanted was here at this dealership KIA DTLA And that was a lure to get us ... read more
