AVOID. Went to try an outfit on to have an idea of how it would look, as anyone would do before paying hundreds for an outfit. Two members of female staff were stood outside the changing room rushing me, there was only a curtain between us as their changing rooms do not have doors. Absolutely the worst possible shop in Birmingham. Just trying to rob and take your money with the worst service and etiquette. If I could leave 0 stars I would. If you think about coming here, forget it. I've taken numerous trips from a city hours away, just to be disappointed and let down again and again despite being promised the utmost service and handling of my orders. Disgraceful customer service and 0 accountability. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Sam & Amna were amazing, customer service is spot on and highly recommend, brought my wedding dress from here and quality is perfect!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. When we placed this order for 5 outfits we were promised the best service. Things soon took a turn for the worst once we had paid our deposits. My mums suit was made to the wrong size and they tried to tell us it wasn't. One of the owners at the shop was very rude and never took any accountability for the mistake made by manufacturers in India. She kept dismissing the matter and got rather aggressive. Seems this business is now owned by the same owner as ‘Elegant brands by Fareed’. Wanted to buy two different sizes in a suit I loved! Buttons were missing on both and make up on one of the kameez’s too. I asked the owner if he had any other stock to change the pieces. He advised me they were the last in stock and he wasn’t getting anymore anytime soon. Didn’t offer to make any reductions even though both kameez’s were clearly damaged.
