Amazing service, I went in and found my wedding dress in the first 10 minutes, staff were amazing as well as the designer
Horrible experience. They gave my dress 3 weeks later than they said they would, when I went to pick the dress up, the sizing was completely off and I told them this, one of the workers replied with body shaming comments. They said they would alter the dress on the same day but the fitting still was not right. The dress design was nice but the customer service, awful.
Really happy with the service from Khushboos Nadia and Sonia really helpful and made me feel so comfortable My outfits came on time and they did my fitting out of their normal hours due to my wedding being in such short notice and due to my commute being further than usual they were flexible with me which I really appreciated, Thank you
