Dr Voss is kind, caring and compassionate, and will listen to the patient’s needs and wants. He does an excellent job at surgery, I would not go to anybody else.
Dr. Seng is knowledgeable thorough, efficient,personal,upbeat, kind and humorous which I appreciate. I don’t hesitate to ask him questions. I’ve been his patient for 20 years and hope to be for 20 more! He was recommended to me and I highly recommend him .
I received clear and complete information about my upcoming surgery. Everyone was friendly, courteous and respectful. There is a great level of compassion and competence in this office.

Dr. Voss is execellent at both diagnosis, but is outstanding at giving injections. Knows just how to do it for minimal discomfort. Is never in a rush for surgery, tries everything else first.
Dr Seng is very thorough and explains things well . I’m flying in state to have him perform this he’s the only one I trust and I’ve had my other shoulder replacement done by him a few years earlier . His after care is great , he is there to help and encourage. I love the outpatient surgery center and staff there . This will be my 4th total joint due to arthritis at BSC and I’m an active 51 year old who hikes , bikes and rides my horses .
