Dr Seng was approachable and very knowledgeable. Explained MRI findings of acute v chronic conditions. Assured me torn mcl would heal without surgery and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend!
Impressed with every aspect of the treatment experience. The appointment was on time. All the staff were excellent in preparing for appointment with Dr. Seng. He examined shoulder. Provided assessment with potential for surgery. Recommended MRI & will provide treatment plan in follow up. Timely submission of meds at pharmacy. I saw Dr. Seng because I was waking up at night with shoulder pain. I am fully functional and regularly engage in vigorous physical activities, have no injury, no problem with daily activities, and no pain during the day. I was extremely impressed with Dr Seng and his staff (Jess).His knowledge and bedside manner was so impressive that convinced me to have him as my surgeon. I feel very fortunate to have such a respected surgeon to work on me. Together we came up with a plan that will coincide with my work schedule. I highly recommend Dr Seng.
