How personable everyone is in the office, it really made me feel at ease. X-rays were done and in the doctor’s hands before I even got back to the exam room. Dr. Seng is very thorough he explains the issue so that it is understood and uses the X-rays to help explain what is going on and what to do to fix or help the issue.
Dr. Voss is a one of a kind expert surgeon. The best.
Dr. Voss listens attentively to my problem and asks appropriate questions. He examines thoroughly, and then discusses the problem in a way that I can understand, and then presents options for treatment. He asks me what I want to do. I have always found him to be professional and kind. I've never felt rushed. I feel comfortable with Dr. Voss!
Dr. Seng had a genuine desire to help me understand my injury and walk me through treatment options.
Dr. Voss and staff were exceptional as they covered each of my concerns. They detailed what to expect from pre- op to post-op after reviewing my X-ray. Terrific group to work with!
Dr. Seng has performed several surgeries on my family due to chosen sports. Every one of them have had excellent results with no complications. He is the only orthopedic doctor I will use.
