Dr. Voss always takes the time to really understand what’s going on for me, and he remembers personal comments between visits.
I saw Dr. Seng because I was waking up at night with shoulder pain. I am fully functional and regularly engage in vigorous physical activities, have no injury, no problem with daily activities, and no pain during the day. Clinic took x-rays and performed a 15-second physical exam. Seng then insisted, twice, that shoulder replacement would be the appropriate treatment. I was shocked. Hard not to feel depressed. I was extremely impressed with Dr Seng and his staff (Jess).His knowledge and bedside manner was so impressive that convinced me to have him as my surgeon. I feel very fortunate to have such a respected surgeon to work on me. Together we came up with a plan that will coincide with my work schedule. I highly recommend Dr Seng.
