Came to Sara having suffered from back and neck pain that gave me lots of headaches and discomfort. Sara took the time to give a full overview of what my problem was and explained it me in a way that was easy to understand. The treatment was suited to my needs and I felt relaxed and comfortable to intervene throughout if needed. I highly recommend Sara to anyone needing the support.

After a recent road traffic collision which resulted in some lower back pain, I booked into see Sara and she has been brilliant. She conducts a thorough history take with constant reassessment on every visit, she discusses treatment options with you so you understand what’s happening and I’m pleased to say, after just three sessions I am so much better and am moving easier again. Would recommend!
I can highly recommend Sara at Keyworth Osteopathy. I had very bad neck pain for 8 weeks and after 4 appointments I am now pain free and have got my full range of movements back.
