Just exchanged on our sale. Makes such a difference having an estate agent that is so thorough. It took me a bit of time to honestly evaluate Keystone’s performance but in the end I concluded the Keystones performance was excellent even though the whole process from agreeing a sale to Exchange and completion took frustratingly long. Sam promised a quick sale and a decent evaluation of the reliability of the buyers and both promises came true. Follow-up and chasing all parties by Helen was excellent, she never gave up. I recommend Keystones, thanks to the whole team .
