Keystone Chiropractic has given me more peace of mind to understand the exact situation of my spinal structure and to be doing something to improve it. My upper back pain has decreased, suggestions for other practitioners has helped me to try some new methods to improve my gut health. It's made me more aware of my posture & everyday actions that can have an impact on my spinal structure.
This has been an amazing, life-changing experience for me. Structural chiropractic helped relieve sciatic nerve pain and made me more aware and careful of the structure of my spine and body in general.
