Absolutely the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Awful customer service, management is rude, & lie after lie. I will never purchase a vehicle from this place!! Buyers beware!

Rude finance guy. Its been a month and I still havent received paperwork to get my tag. Was advised that it was sent to cosigner, well cosigner never received it. Was advised that they would get me certified papers so I could get tag. Cherokee tag office advised that they dont take those. So they are suppose to send my papers in the mail to see if they will. If they dont they said they would request for a lost title, that takes 10-15 business days, so it will be a month and a half. I wouldnt recommend anyone to them. If I wo... read more
