Bought a car here in February for 24,000 Didn’t know tel afterwards that that was waaaay over priced Tried selling it back to them today (only owe 14,000 I’ve paid extra on it) and they want me to pay another 4000. Thank you keystone for screwing me over 🖕🏼
Do not recommend buying from this place, they sold my daughter a car, finance company told them they would not finance it and they do not tell her. My daughter found out by calling the finance company, keystone keep saying that everything was OK when it was not. Don't go to keystone Chevorlet,instead go to Jim glover!
We went to purchase a bigger car for our growing family. After 3 days of run around we was turned down. Was told our credit wouldn't cover what we wanted! Went to Jim Glover that evening and drove out in our brand new 2016! Got a reasonably low interest rate (single digit)and our payments are low as well. We was paying $504 a month on a car and now we pay $364!! Huge difference! WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM KEYSTONE & WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!
Shout out to Will Turner for being such a nice young man !! Will helped me out on turning in a lease ... no money in it for him....but he was very courteous and got it taken car of !! Something Jim Glover couldn't seem to take care of over a two month period....they were more focused on selling me a car !!!
Yea, you got to listen to the small voice at the end of the comercial because basically their saying their liars.
So far we are in love! Just purchased a 2012 GMC terrain. Although after our purchase I was asked to come back to have our car cleaned. I sat there for over 3 hours, (yet the detail was still terrible) i missed 2 hours of work, and even the day after that, I was asked to come back AGAIN because we were Not approved, after being told that we were. Driving home 4 days after our purchase my change engine oil sign came on. If you have any issues, like myself, talk to the manager. It will be fixed.
