Absolutely the worst dealership I have been to! I went with a friend who needed a new car for the family. Sales associate who never introduced himself and did not seem to want to help them shows them a 12 Ford Fusion that had hail damage, road rashed wheels, broken grille, very badly scraped up, and broken bumper cover, etc. We have to beg him to get us a price, and when he finally gets it, he tells us...... $13,000!! Rude staff who insulted me....I was immediately shown to their back storage lot containing wrecked cars with flat tires... they also hire sales staff with criminal records...who advised me to let my trade in vehicle just get repo ed.....avoid this hive of scum like the plague.
Bought my Chevy Cruze diesel car here as well as service it here. The place is friendly and has exceptionally good customer service. After coming from Dallas and being serviced for years at Sewell Infinity, I consider myself spoiled by great service. These guys feel just like them. Keystone loves their customers!
Great customer service, and a nice selection of preowned inventory. Go there and you can see almost every make and model of vehicle.
Purchased a car in March from Keystone and it has been a great experience there so far. The dealership is clean and the service department is efficient. Definitely better than big city dealerships we have used. Thank you!
I use to think Keystone was an honest establishment but my most recent experience purchasing a vehicle a couple of days ago proved me wrong. They will rip you off and not make it right so be on your toes if going there. I personally, won't be going back.
