Two days!!!! It's been two days wasted... bad credit forgiveness is a crock of crap.. I had money down, and a trade in and still nothing... by the end of the first day they made it sound like I just need to prove proof of income and we should be good.. we get it to them and now they can't do anything... so what is bad credit?? 650??? Because mine didn't cut it... i. Beyond passed now... what a waste.. and what a joke..
We had a great experience here. We had gotten denied at other dealerships so didn't figure they could help us. That was far from true, we spent couples hours there and they got us approved for a brand new 2016 Malibu and got a lower payment!!!! We would definitely recommend them.
Brad is the guy that I have the pleasure of working on my vehicle every time I go here. He literally is the best! He even had to deal with my warranty company and got them to actually uphold their end. Never will I get the same warranty company for a vehicle but I will always trust Brad to be there when my car needs fixed! True customer support and satisfaction guarantee!
I need commercial immunity. I am so tired of hearing that piece of bad acting.
This place is the biggest joke ever. First you f up my paperwork then don't take care of the issues I had with the car after being told it would. I will never send another person to this dealership. When asked where to buy a car, all I can say is anywhere but keystone their full of shit.
I came in with my sister to "price" cars. Tony offered a great deal even showed us which cars were good on maintenance/gas/etc. I will definitly be going back to get a car.
