Love the Employees here. They are courteous and professional! I wouldn't put my money anywhere else.
I was all hyped to get information to open an account with KFCU in Key West... I talked to the awesome people at the counter who set me up with a Rep to answer my questions etc... And was rather disappointed that the Rep brought me into the office and literally blew me off and Literally every question I asked was her telling me to go online and look it up myself. Seriously??? HORRIBLE customer service from that blonde witch, didn't even bother getting her name.! Total deal breaker!
